Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. That being said, no two pairs of Shwood sunglasses will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product should look like, not as an exact representation. Miniscule differences should be expected in each product’s construction as minor deviations are inherent to Shwood’s handcrafted manufacturing process. But don't worry, Shwood’s one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of Shwood Eyewear to leave the woodshop.
Return Policy:
Returns on items purchased directly from Shwood Eyewear’s online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. For more information please contact warranty@shwoodshop.com.

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. Shwood Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Products will be returned via UPS ground service.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Warranty:
Shwood Eyewear warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Shwood Eyewear reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Shwood dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Shwood Eyewear will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered defective (scratched lenses are not considered defective), Shwood will repair the item at a reasonable charge.
All claims must be submitted directly to Shwood Eyewear, do not return your Shwood product to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Shwood Eyewear products.
